Plans
Every plan runs on your own API key, so the only usage limit is your provider's. A plan sets how many bots and characters you can keep running, how much your characters remember, and a few extras for people running servers. Prices are monthly.
How paying works during the beta. There is no checkout. Support UnrealHQ on Ko-fi for the plan's monthly amount, then in the Control Room under Your plan send a request naming the plan (and who it is for, if it is a gift). The admin matches it to the donation and turns it on, usually within a day; you get an email when it lands. Renewing stacks onto the end of your current plan.
When a plan ends nothing is deleted: bots beyond the free allowance are parked until you renew, and characters, codices and memory books stay exactly where they were. Free accounts keep the last 200 lines of each chat for 14 days; the long-term summaries your characters wrote while you were on a paid plan are kept and still used.
Need more than ten bots? Extra slots can be rented on top of any paid plan (each adds one bot and one character) and renew monthly like the plan itself. Ask the admin on Discord for a bulk rate.
Free is the taste. People chatting with a bot on Discord without a UnrealHQ account are on the Free plan for memory purposes. Any paid plan on the account of the person chatting turns long-term memory on for them everywhere.
